School’s Out Camp

2024 -2025 School’s Out Programs

High-Quality, Fun Camp Programming and Jewish Education

When schools are closed and parents need to be at work, Makom Community is here with FUN camp programming and learning for kids. All of our camp days run from 8:30AM – 4PM and are complete with outside playtime, healthy snacks, and fabulous activities! Makom Community camp days are created for kiddos 4-10 years old. Our individual camp days throughout the school year are $99. Please note that prices increase for camp days a week prior to their start date.

Upcoming School’s Out Camps:

Upcoming Camp Themes:

  • Pirate Camp: Tuesday, November 5Ahoy, campers! Have you ever wondered if there were Jewish pirates? What were their names? When and where did they live? At School’s Out Camp on November 5th, we will explore all these questions and more – diving deep into Jewish history, hunting for buried treasure, and maybe even meeting some time-traveling Jewish pirates from centuries ago. We hope to see you there!
  • The Great Camp Mystery: Friday, November 15Calling all campers! Or – should I say – detectives? At School’s Out Camp on November 15th, Makom campers-turned-detectives will band together to spend the day solving a series of cryptic Ivrit (Hebrew) clues, all leading to one conclusion. At the end of the day, we will put all of these clues together to solve a Great Camp Mystery! We hope to see you there!
